Does anyone have this paper? Or PUSHING THE ENVELOPE – INNOVATIVE USES OF FEMA'S HAZUS-MH FOR ASSESSING RISK AND INFORMING POLICY MAKERS. I have tried to contact the author Norman Levin but have had no luck.
