U.N. warns about natural disaster risks

Margareta Wahlstrom, U.N. assistant secretary-general for disaster risk reduction, recently said that governments should encourage "more wise behavior" among millions of people who live in areas vulnerable to earthquakes, hurricanes, floods and fires.
