A phishing email with the title "Read Carefully" and sent by the spoofed email address "system-administrator@hazus.org" is making the rounds indicating that the HAZUS.org server is being updated and that you should run a patch file to upgrade your SSL certificate.

This email WAS NOT sent by HAZUS.org. Under no circumstances should you click on the link in this email.

HAZUS.org has reported this email to the U.S. CERT.
